DMCA Policy

Deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to our Designated Copyright Agent via the contact methods provided on our Contact Us page. Please clearly mark your communication "DMCA Notice" to ensure proper routing.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification with us by submitting the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling it. However, we will not restore or cease disabling the material if the party who submitted the original DMCA Notice notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our Site.
- Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Provide your full contact information, including your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
- Include the following statement in the body of the Notice: "I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which William And Mary Taylor Appalachian may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person."
- Include the following statement in the body of the Notice: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
- Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
